Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
PumpLife CPR Plus has a 48-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled classes.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the class are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
- Students may reschedule their class one time at no cost, as long as they notify us before the class start time.
No-Call / No-Show
- One (1) no-call/no-show may be rescheduled, but no refund will be issued.
- Additional no-call/no-shows may require payment for a new registration.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital course materials and online access codes are non-refundable once issued.

Late Arrival Policy
- Students arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may not be admitted due to AHA standards.
- Late arrivals may be rescheduled once, but are not eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Class Selection
- Students are responsible for registering for the correct course (BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heartsaver, etc.).
- Refunds will not be issued for enrolling in the wrong class, but staff will assist in rescheduling to the appropriate course.
Certification Requirements
- All students must successfully complete required skills and written exams to receive certification.
- Failure to pass does not qualify for a refund.
Emergency Exceptions
- Refund or rescheduling exceptions may be considered only for documented emergencies, at the discretion of the Training Center Coordinator.
Group/Corporate Bookings
- Group or corporate reservations may require a non-refundable deposit and may follow separate written agreements.
Weather or Safety Issues
- If severe weather, building issues, or safety concerns occur, PumpLife CPR Plus may reschedule the class. Students will be transferred to the next available session at no additional cost.
